I Had to Relearn Rest. Nothing Was the Same After.

I spent years thinking I knew how to rest. I got my 8 hours of sleep, I took breaks, I did things I enjoyed, but I was always simmering at just the right level of stress to be efficient and productive. It wasn’t until my health collapsed that I realized: I had never truly rested.

If you have mold illness, CIRS, adrenal fatigue with dizziness, or any kind of chronic illness, you probably know the feeling: constantly pushing through, feeling wired but exhausted, never really getting the deep restoration your body needs to heal.

In this video, I talk about the huge amount of lessons it took for me to actually learn how to rest - not just slow down, not just do “relaxing” activities, but to fully let my nervous system settle.

💡 When I say rest, I DON’T mean:

❌ Watching TV while eating (an amazingly stimulating combo)

❌ Doing yoga

❌ Meditating I mean the kind of rest that allows your nervous system to finally shift out of fight-or-flight and into a true healing state.

If you’ve ever felt like you should be able to relax but never actually feel rested…this is for you.
